If you have a Wavelength DSR-807 receiver and your Optus Aurora channels aren't working, make sure your card is inserted in the card slot with the gold chip upwards.

Optus Aurora has changed
Optus has changed the encryption method of their Aurora channles and many people will have problems with their cards. Please be patient when trying to contact us as we are swamped by callers. If you leave a message we will get back to you as soon as we can.
